6. Returns, Replacements, and Refunds
Because orchids are live plants, we follow a specific replacement policy:
We do not accept returns for plants once delivered.
If your plant arrives damaged or unhealthy, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos.
After verification, we will offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 working days to your original payment method.
7. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them if they haven’t been shipped.
Once an order is dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be processed.
