We currently ship across most locations in India, using trusted delivery partners. If your location is not serviceable by our logistics providers, we will contact you immediately after receiving your order to arrange an alternative or issue a refund.
2. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–4 business days after payment confirmation.
Each orchid is carefully inspected, watered, and packed before shipping to ensure it remains healthy during transit.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
3. Delivery Time
Metro Cities: 3–6 business days
Other Locations: 5–9 business days
Remote or Rural Areas: May take up to 10–12 business days

Standard Shipping: Calculated at checkout based on location and order size.
Free Shipping: Available on select products or orders above a specified amount (as mentioned on the website).

8. Undeliverable Packages
