Since we deal with live plants, we follow a specific and fair replacement and refund policy to ensure transparency and customer trust.
1. Live Plants Policy
All orchids are living plants, and each one is carefully packed and shipped with care.
Because of their perishable nature, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an orchid has been delivered.
However, we do provide replacements or refunds in specific cases as described below.
2. Damaged or Unhealthy Plants
We ensure that every orchid is thoroughly inspected before shipping.
If your plant arrives damaged, unhealthy, or in poor condition, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
To initiate a claim:
Send clear photos or videos of the damaged plant and packaging.
Email the details to orchidplantsin@gmail.com with your order number.
Our support team will review your request within 48 hours and confirm eligibility for replacement or refund.
Once verified, we will:
Send a replacement orchid, OR
Issue a refund to your original payment method (as per your preference and stock availability).
3. Wrong Item Received
In the unlikely event that you receive the wrong product, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order.
We will arrange for a replacement or a refund at no extra cost.
4. Refund Timelines
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days from the date of confirmation.
Refunds are issued only through the original mode of payment (credit/debit card, UPI, or net banking).
If your refund hasn’t appeared after 10 days, please check with your bank or contact us at orchidplantsin@gmail.com for assistance.
5. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase, provided they have not been shipped.
Once an order is packed or dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
In the case of a valid cancellation, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.
6. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:
Live plants (orchids or other varieties).
Discounted or promotional products.
Customized orchid arrangements or gift orders.
Perishable items affected by weather, handling, or customer care after delivery.
7. Care Responsibility
Once the orchid is delivered in healthy condition, its growth and survival depend on the care provided by the customer.
Orchids Lab is not responsible for plant health issues that occur due to improper watering, exposure to heat, or lack of care after delivery.
